0:00Good morning and welcome to the pre-market breakdown for Monday, June 29th. ABI is surging into overbought territory on semiconductor is getting hit hard and Lucid is making a big move that has traders paying attention. Friday's session showed a clear rotation out of risk and into defense with healthcare leading the pack up over 3% followed by real estate and consumer staples. On the losing end, technology dropped nearly 2%, industrials fell close to one and a half and materials slipped as well. When you see that kind of spread, it can suggest the market is leaning toward lower risk, dividend oriented names and away from growth and cyclicals.

0:44Gold futures saw volume come in at over 13 times the average with the contract slipping about 2/3 of a percent. That level of activity in a defensive asset like gold often reflects elevated macro uncertainty rather than a clean directional conviction. Amazon traded at more than four times its normal volume on a 2.5% gain signaling strong participation behind that move. Apple was close behind at nearly four times average volume with a gain of over 3%.

1:16Suggesting meaningful institutional interest showing up in the price action. ABI surged 4.2% on volume, running more than six times its 20-day average. That is the kind of participation that tends to validate a move rather than dismiss it. The automated signal here is flagging a breakout, though with RSI pushing above 76, the name is technically in overbought territory.

1:39Traders watching this one will want to monitor whether that momentum holds or whether the extended reading leads to some mean reversion. on semiconductor is the story of the morning on the downside dropping nearly 24% on volume more than three times the average a significant flush that the technical system is classifying as a breakdown.

2:01RSI has pulled back to the 37 range which is not yet in oversold territory but is approaching it. The 50-day moving average remains above the 200 day. So the longerterm trend structure had been constructive. This kind of gap down will be one to watch for follow-through or stabilization.

2:19Lucid is jumping over 15% in the pre-market with volume running more than double the norm. Though the automated signal on this one is reading neutral with no confirmed directional conviction from a technical standpoint. RSI sits in the mid-50s which is relatively balanced and the stock remains in a longerterm downtrend with the 50-day below the 200 day. A move this size on a name like this warrants context. Elevated volume matters, but structure matters too.

2:47Snowflake is up nearly 10% with volume close to three times average. Though like Lucid, the technical signal here is neutral rather than a confirmed breakout. RSI at 65 is approaching elevated ground without quite crossing into overbought and the 50-day is still trailing below the 200 day. This is a name with wide average true range. So big single day moves are not unusual.

3:10What analysts will be watching is whether this can build a sustained base above key moving averages. Keep your levels tight going into the open. There is a lot of movement across very different corners of the market and that kind of dispersion tends to reward preparation over reaction.
