0:00Every session runs the same 90inut cycle and most traders trade against it. Quarterly theory says each session breaks into four 90-minut cycles. Q1 accumulates, Q2 manipulates, Q3 distributes, Q4 reverses. Trading against the active quarter is how good setups still lose.
